- Designed and deployed the whole environment from scratch on IaaS as Docker Swarm microservices

Creator & Sole Maintainer
A course scheduler for VŠE students, live at kreditozrouti.cz. I created it and run it alone, from the InSIS scraping to the deployments. The numbers are modest on purpose: it quietly saves a few students' semesters, every day.
- 300+ students have used it, several every day, found mostly through word of mouth
- Grew out of a first-place hackathon build, then carried alone to a finished product in production
- Runs with monitoring, alerting and automatic deployments, and led to my bachelor thesis

Led four developers on a university platform. Set the Agile workflow, Git branching strategy and code review standards, and wrote the technical documentation.
- Mentored the team on TypeScript, Docker and architectural patterns
- Containerized the infrastructure on a Hetzner VPS with Docker, Traefik and Cloudflare
- Built a Node.js REST API with BullMQ and Redis async workers, Makefile automation for the pipeline

Solo-taught an introductory 2D graphics course to 50 students per edition, ages 13 to 16. Wrote the curriculum, designed the final projects, and reviewed every submission. Top-rated lecturer in every edition.
